How we handle your details

Who we are

This site is run by The Sunshine Tribe Global Pty Ltd, based in Queensland, Australia. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Sunshine Tribe.

When you apply on our main page, we collect your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your type of business, your monthly revenue range and your other answers on the form.
When you book a call, we collect your name, email, phone number and the time you choose.
When you visit any page, the Meta Pixel tells Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) that you visited. It also tells Meta when you send your application and when you open our call confirmation page. It may use cookies and details from your browser to do this.
When you visit any page, the Cortana pixel records which pages you visit, what you click and how long you stay, so we can see which ads bring people to us. It uses a cookie to do this.

To review your application and get ready for your call.
To book your call, confirm it and remind you about it.
To follow up with you about your application and our services.
To see how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform, and to show them to the right people.

We may contact you by email, SMS text, WhatsApp or phone about your application, your call and our services.

Our emails come from hello@thesunshinetribe.org.
Our texts come from +1 747 223 8086. It may show as an overseas number. Message and data rates may apply.

We use these services to run this site and our calls:

Typeform runs our application form.
GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) runs our booking calendar and contact records, and sends our emails and texts.
Zoom runs our video calls.
Meta runs the Meta Pixel on every page, for our ads.
Cortana runs a tracking pixel on every page, to measure where our visitors and applications come from.
Vercel hosts this website.

Some of these services are based outside Australia, for example in the United States. This means your details may be stored or handled overseas.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to fix anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete them. Email hello@thesunshinetribe.com.
